We use 100% Indian or Russian Mongolian remy human hair that is double drawn. (This means it is of the best quality, thick from root to tip with the cuticles lay pointing down in the right direction ensuring it is matt and tangle free). With 5 of the most popular methods to choose from, there is a method to suit every hair type! We can source hair in every colour, including mixed and rooted shades. And we can source lengths up to 30”!
Below is a guide to the methods available. Rest assured if all of this makes no sense to you (and if it’s your first time looking into hair extensions then it probably won’t) everything will be explained during your consultation.
What hair extension methods are available?
Tape - One of the latest methods on the market and very popular among celebrities. Small taped wefts are applied above and below sections of your hair sandwiching your hair in-between them. They lay very flat and seamless in the hair. Great for clients with normal hair and even fine hair. Also great for adding volume only. Maintenance is advised every 6-8 weeks. Our fave and most popular method!
Micro Rings - Individual extensions are secured in the hair using micro rings. Best for normal-thick hair types. No heat or glue used. Not recommended for fine hair as the beads may be visible when the hair is up. Also not recommended on greasy hair as the beads may slip. Maintenance is advised every 6-8 weeks. We will be honest, we prefer Nano rings as a smaller more discreet option.
Nano Rings - Individual extensions are secured in the hair using a nano ring. The smallest and most discreet ring method. No heat or glue used. Great for all hair types even finer hair. Maintenance is advised every 6-8 weeks. Very discreet beaded method, 90% smaller than micro rings.
Fusion Bonds - Individual extensions applied using keratin tips and a heat connector. This is a very secure method that does not need maintenance for up to 5/6 months. Great for those going travelling. After 5/6 months removal and new set will be needed unless the hair is still in great condition. If so, then it can be sent off and re tipped with new keratin and worn for a further 5/6months. We only really tend to recommend this method if you’re going away travelling due to the lack of maintenance needed.
Braid-Less Weave - Weft hair is sewn onto a track of micro beads in the hair. No tight braids used. Great for giving extra thick volume and length quickly and easily. Great for those who are used to clip ins. Maintenance is advised every 6-8 weeks. We also now offer a free upgrade from Braidless Weave to the NEW INVISIBLE WEAVE which is the latest weave method on the market, very similar to the Braidless weave but perfect for wearing your hair up and where none of the beads can be seen unlike traditional weave methods.
